An e-invoice is a Digital Representation of Transactions between Suppliers and Buyers

Updated: Nov 4, 2023

An e-invoice is a digital representation of transactions between suppliers and buyers intended to replace traditional paper or electronic invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

It includes essential information similar to traditional documents, encompassing supplier and buyer details, item descriptions, quantities, prices before taxes, tax amounts, and total sums.

These details are crucial for recording transactional data in day-to-day business operations.

However, it's important to emphasize that invoices must be validated and stored in the IRBM database to be considered e-Invoices.

Invoices that are not validated and stored should not be mistaken for e-Invoices.

e-Invoice 是供应商和买方之间交易的数字表示,替代了纸质或电子的发票、信用票据和借记票据。

然而,没有经过验证和存储在IRBM数据库中的发票,都不算是 e-Invoice。别搞错了哟。
