Service Tax Policy No. 3/2021: Service Tax Exemption on Brokerage Services

1. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has published Service Tax Policy No. 3/2021 (STP 3/2021) dated 31 December 2021 in regard to the service tax exemption on brokerage services proposed in Budget 2022.

2. The STP 3/2021 is presently only available in the Malay language.
