Industrial Relations (Amendment) Regulations 2022: Regulation 13

1. On 6 April 2022, the Minister, in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], gazetted the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Regulations 2022 [P.U. (A) 99] to amend the Minister's decision on Trade Union recognition.


👉 The Industrial Relations Regulations 2009 [P.U. (A) 356/2009], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 13 by substituting for the word “Minister” wherever appearing including in the shoulder note the words “Director-General”.


👉 In addition, Forms E [Decision on Capacity of Workmen] and F [Decision on Trade Union Recognition] in the Schedule have been updated in accordance with the amendment.

1. 2022年4月6日,部长行使《1967年劳资关系法令》[第177号法案] 第62条文所赋予的权力,在宪报颁布了《2022年劳资关系(修正)条例》[P.U.(A)99],以修订部长对工会的认可决定。 👉 2009年劳资关系条例 [P.U.
