Excise (Amendment) Regulations 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes Excise (Amendment) Regulations 2022, which was gazetted on October 18, 2022.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2022.

The Excise Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] are amended in the Third Schedule, in relation to heading Section 20, by inserting after paragraph (d) and particulars relating to it the following paragraph and particulars:
