Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 (As of 1 November 2016)
The Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012, which took effect on July 1, 2013, governs the minimum retirement age for Malaysian employees.
According to Section 4(1) of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012, an employee's minimum retirement age is 60 years.
