Staff Handbook - Political Activity in the Workplace Policy

The purpose of this policy on Political Participation in the Workplace is to establish a clear code of behaviour for employees' political activity while they are on the job, as well as to lay out the expectations to be followed in that regard.


This policy informs workers that they are not allowed to participate in political activities while on the job and outlines the actions that fall under this prohibition.


Last but not least, the policy advises employees that violations of the policy will result in disciplinary action that could ultimately lead to termination of their employment.
